Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for parents — before you ever start a trial.

What ages is CogniZenKids for?

Kids 6–12, with three tiers (Explorer 6–8, Builder 9–10, Innovator 10+) so content fits your child.

How is this different from school or other kids' apps?

School teaches facts; we teach the how — emotional intelligence, critical thinking, money sense, and AI literacy. Skills most curricula skip.

Is it safe for my child?

No third-party ads. We don't sell personal data. Kids never get open-ended AI chat — all interactions are structured, pre-approved choices.

What is the Battle Arena?

A learning game mode where your child's collectible Gem Guardians battle friendly 'Shadow Keeper' characters. Special attacks only work by correctly answering review questions from lessons they've completed — so every battle is spaced-repetition practice in disguise. Battles are against the computer only (no chat, no strangers), and rewards are in-game gemstones and badges — never purchases.

Do I need to sit with my child?

No. Lessons are self-paced and kid-independent, and the Parent Corner shows you their progress and mood check-ins.

What does it cost?

7-day free trial, then plans from $5.99/mo, $39/year, or a one-time $74 Founding Family lifetime plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime from your account — no contract.

What is your refund policy?

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — including the one-time Founding Family plan. If CogniZenKids isn’t the right fit, email support within 30 days of your first charge and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

What devices does it work on?

Any web browser; nothing to install.

How much screen time is this?

Lessons are short and focused; you set the pace.
